Former Super Eagles winger Victor Moses has completed a surprise move to Kazakhstan Premier League club FC Kaysar Kyzylorda following his departure from Luton Town.
The 35-year-old signed a one-year contract with the Kazakh side, ending his short spell in England’s League One and beginning a new chapter in Central Asia.
Moses, who won the Africa Cup of Nations with Nigeria in 2013, enjoyed his most successful years at Chelsea, where he lifted the Premier League, FA Cup and Europa League titles.
He will wear jersey number 11 for Kaysar Kyzylorda, a two-time Kazakh Cup-winning side that plays its home matches at the Gani Muratbayev Stadium.
The move marks another stop in Moses’ long European journey, which has included spells in Italy, Turkey, Russia and England.
