Senate Spokesman Mocks Opposition Coalition as “Content Creators”

Senate spokesman and Chairman of the Committee on Media and Public Affairs, Yemi Adaramodu (APC, Ekiti South), has dismissed the growing talk of a coalition to challenge President Bola Tinubu in 2027, calling it nothing more than “content creation.”

Speaking to journalists in Ado-Ekiti after an APC caucus meeting endorsing Tinubu for a second term, Adaramodu said the party was unbothered by opposition movements and firmly confident in Tinubu’s leadership.

“This is just political entertainment,” he said. “These movements are not serious enough to shake the APC or Tinubu’s chances. In less than two years, the President has initiated reforms that are already impacting citizens positively.”

This comes amid reports of coalition talks involving former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and former Kaduna governor Nasir el-Rufai, aimed at forming a united opposition front.

Adaramodu urged Nigerians to ignore such moves and instead support President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
