Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov emphasized the importance of restoring predictable grain and fertilizer markets, allowing Russia to profit and ensuring that food reaches vulnerable regions.
“We want the grain and fertilizer market to be predictable so that no one tries to push us out of it,” Lavrov stated on Russian state Channel One TV.
