Pastor Jerry Eze, Lead Pastor of Streams of Joy International, on Tuesday led a special New Year prayer session to formally unveil Cubana Millennium City, a major hilltop real estate development located in Asaba, Delta State.
The prayer session, held at the project site, marked the spiritual dedication and official opening of the development for the 2026 business year, drawing stakeholders, partners, and well-wishers.
Pastor Jerry Eze, who is widely known for the New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations (NSPPD), described the project as a bold vision built around purpose, impact, and long-term legacy.
Obi Cubana Commits Project to God
Cubana Millennium City is a flagship real estate project promoted by Chairman of the Cubana Group, Chief Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana.
The development is strategically located along the Benin–Asaba–Onitsha Expressway, with close proximity to the Asaba International Airport, and is designed as a fully integrated urban ecosystem featuring residential, commercial, leisure, hospitality, and investment spaces.
Speaking at the event, Obi Cubana said dedicating the project to God at the start of the year was both symbolic and intentional.

Obi Cubana noted that the project is expected to support urban expansion, job creation, and economic growth in Delta State, while providing a secure and modern environment for residents and investors.
He added that the presence of Pastor Jerry Eze underscored the belief that the project carries divine purpose and backing.

During prayers and exhortation, Pastor Jerry Eze declared 2026 a year of divine acceleration for Cubana Millennium City, praying for peace, safety, excellence, and lasting success.

Cubana Millennium City is being positioned as one of the most ambitious private-sector-driven urban developments in the South-South and South-East corridor, marking the Cubana Group’s expansion beyond hospitality and entertainment into real estate and city-building.
