Nollywood Actor Ijoba Lande Forgives Estranged Wife but Refuses Reconciliation

Popular Nollywood actor Ganiyu Kehinde Morufu, better known as Ijoba Lande, has publicly stated that he has forgiven his estranged wife, Darasimi, despite allegations of her involvement with multiple men.

In a recent interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, Ijoba Lande explained that his decision to forgive her was based on religious beliefs, emphasizing that it was essential for his own spiritual peace. However, he made it clear that reconciliation was not an option.

“I won’t accept her back, but for me to make heaven and for God to forgive all my sins, I will forgive her. She has done her own, I forgive her, but it’s gone,” he said.

His statement follows previous claims that Darasimi had been involved with more than 20 men in the entertainment industry, including Yoruba actor Babatunde Tayo, popularly known as Baba Tee.

Initially, Baba Tee denied any involvement but later admitted to being intimate with Darasimi, claiming he was unaware of her marital status at the time.

Darasimi, however, refuted the allegations of infidelity, insisting she never had sexual relations with Baba Tee. She explained that during a “Truth or Dare” game at his house, she only sat on his lap while naked, dismissing the accusations as exaggerated.
