He also acknowledged Obi’s engagement with key stakeholders and his contributions to national discussions, describing them as a testament to his commitment to inclusive leadership.

“I commend Mr. Obi for his visit and acknowledge his dedication to nation-building and inclusive leadership,” Mohammed added.

During the visit, Obi stated that his primary objective was to offer condolences over recent losses and engage in discussions on critical national issues.

“This visit is to express my condolences, engage in meaningful discussions on national issues, and deepen consultations with relevant stakeholders,” Obi said.

Accompanying Obi were the former Minister of Finance, Mrs. Nenadi Usman, and other dignitaries. As part of their engagements, the delegation visited the Emir of Bauchi, His Royal Highness, Alhaji (Dr.) Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu, at his palace.
