Billionaire tech mogul Elon Musk is once again in the spotlight, but this time, not for his ventures in AI or electric vehicles. Instead, the Tesla CEO is caught in a legal dispute with conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair, the mother of his alleged six-month-old son.

The Custody Clash

According to court documents, St. Clair has filed for sole legal custody, alleging that Musk has been largely absent from their child’s life. She claims Musk has only seen their son three times, with the last visit in November 2024.

In a surprising twist, she also accuses Musk of slashing financial support after she took legal action. “He substantially reduced his financial contributions,” her legal team stated.

Musk, however, has remained mostly silent on the allegations, only moving to file an emergency gag order to prevent St. Clair from discussing the matter publicly. A judge denied his request.

Public Reactions: A Divided Opinion

As news of the dispute spreads, public reaction has been split. Some have criticized Musk for allegedly being an absentee father, while others claim St. Clair may have strategically planned the pregnancy—a claim fueled by leaked messages hinting at a “baby trap” theory.

This latest controversy adds another layer to Musk’s complex personal life. His estranged daughter, Vivian Jenna Wilson, has also publicly distanced herself from him, citing their clashing views on transgender rights and wealth inequality.

What’s Next?

With legal proceedings ongoing, this case is far from over. Whether Musk will respond more openly or let the court battle play out behind closed doors remains to be seen.

One thing is certain—when it comes to Elon Musk, the headlines never stop.
