Popular Nigerian singer Ahmed Ololade, professionally known as Asake, has reportedly reunited with his father, baby mama and daughter following weeks of intense public backlash over alleged family abandonment.
The controversy began earlier in 2025 when Asake’s baby mama, Adijat, accused the singer of neglecting her and their daughter despite supporting him during his early struggles.
The situation escalated in March 2025 after Asake’s father, Fatai Odunsi, a stroke survivor, also publicly accused the artiste of neglect, triggering widespread outrage across social media.
Following the backlash, reports indicated that Asake reached out to his father and committed to covering his medical expenses and providing him with a new home.
A photograph of Asake with his father that surfaced online on Friday further fuelled speculation that the long-running family dispute had been resolved.
The development comes just days after reports also emerged that the singer had reunited with his daughter and her mother, bringing an apparent end to the family rift that had played out publicly.
Asake has not issued an official statement on the matter.
