APC Leaders Converge at National Secretariat Ahead of NEC Meeting

Leaders of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) are converging at the party’s National Secretariat ahead of the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting scheduled to begin at 11:00 am Members of the committee started arriving as early as 8:30 am.

Security measures are in full effect, with all roads leading to the meeting venue on Blantyre Street cordoned off by armed personnel, restricting both vehicle and pedestrian movement.

Among the early arrivals are members of the National Working Committee (NWC), the Forum of State Chairmen, former Zamfara Governor Senator Abdulaziz Yari, Minister of Budget and National Planning Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, and Deputy Speaker Benjamin Kalu.

High-ranking officials including President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shetimma, Senate President Goodwill Akpabio, and Speaker Tajudeen Abbas are also expected to attend.
